Effective Date: August 22, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in the Becoming Evergreen Retreat, hosted by Becoming Evergreen, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for the retreat, you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Payment

• Your registration is complete once full payment is received.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, ACH, or Zelle.

• Housing and meal selections are subject to availability at the time of registration.

2. No-Refund Policy

• All retreat registrations are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the retreat.

3. Housing & Roommates

• If you select a double or triple occupancy room, you may request a roommate. If no preference is given, we will assign a roommate.

• Room assignments are not guaranteed.

4. Meals & Special Requests

• Meals included depend on the registration package selected.

• Please indicate any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs at the time of registration. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but cannot guarantee all preferences.

5. Conduct & Participation

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with others and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

• We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms. No refunds will be provided.

6. Liability Waiver

• By registering, you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities may involve certain risks (e.g., hiking, group sessions). You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and release Becoming Evergreen, LLC, its leaders, and staff from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damages sustained during the retreat.

• You are responsible for your own health, travel, and personal property.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

• We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat schedule, housing, or programming.

• In the unlikely event we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

8. Privacy & Communication

• By registering, you consent to receive retreat-related communications by email.

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
